Customers are responsible for providing correct information during the order process.
Incorrect email addresses, wrong device information, or incomplete details may delay activation.
3. Supported Devices

4. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:

Entering login details correctly

Following setup instructions provided by support
5. Service Availability
We always aim to provide the best possible uptime and streaming quality.
However, occasional interruptions may happen due to:

Internet provider issues

Third-party app issues

Device problems

Channel source updates
Temporary interruptions do not qualify as a breach of service.
6. Account Sharing
Customers must only use the number of connections included in their package.
Sharing access beyond the allowed number of connections may result in suspension or permanent termination of the subscription.
7. VPN and Location Restrictions
Some channels or content may work differently depending on the customer's country, ISP, VPN usage, or device settings.
We are not responsible for restrictions caused by third-party internet providers or regional blocks.
8. No Guarantee for Specific Channels
Channel lists, VOD content, sports events, and TV series may change, be removed, or become unavailable without notice.
We do not guarantee that every specific channel, event, or movie will always remain available.
9. Technical Support
We provide support to help customers with setup and technical issues.
Customers must cooperate with support and provide necessary information when troubleshooting.
10. Subscription Expiry
Subscriptions are valid only for the selected period purchased.
Once the subscription expires, the service will stop automatically unless renewed.
11. Refund Policy
Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy.
By purchasing our service, the customer agrees to the refund terms already provided.
12. Changes to Service
We reserve the right to update, change, improve, or remove parts of the service, server, apps, channel list, or packages at any time.
13. Misuse of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account if:

14. Acceptance of Terms
