Refund Policy

At FHD IPTV Stream, we always work to provide a stable and high-quality service to all customers.

By purchasing any subscription plan, the customer agrees to the following refund terms:

1. No Refund After Service Activation

Once the IPTV subscription has been activated and login details, line details, or access credentials have been provided, no refund will be issued.

2. Temporary Technical Issues

From time to time, there may be temporary issues such as:

  • Sound delay or sound loss

  • Channel freezing

  • App layout issues

  • Buffering due to internet connection

  • Device compatibility issues

  • Temporary server maintenance

These issues are normally fixed within a short period of time and do not qualify for a refund.

3. Client Device or App Problems

If the issue is related to:

  • The customer's device

  • The customer's internet connection

  • Incorrect app setup

  • App layout or player issues

  • Wrong settings on the device

Then no refund will be provided because the service itself is working correctly from our side.

4. Support Before Refund

Customers must contact support first and allow us reasonable time to investigate and resolve the issue before requesting cancellation.

If the issue is resolved and the service is working properly, the subscription will remain active and no refund will be issued.

5. No Refund for Change of Mind

Refunds will not be issued if the customer:

  • No longer wants the service

  • Changes their mind

  • Finds another provider

  • Does not use the service

  • Cancels after the issue has already been fixed

6. Service Interruptions

Short interruptions, maintenance periods, updates, or temporary technical issues are normal with IPTV services and are not valid reasons for a refund.

7. Approved Refund Cases

A refund may only be considered if:

  • The service cannot be activated at all

  • The customer never received access details

  • There is a major issue from our side that cannot be fixed within a reasonable time

8. Refund Decision

All refund requests are reviewed individually. FHD IPTV Stream reserves the right to refuse refund requests when the service is confirmed to be working correctly.

9. Refund Request Review

All refund or cancellation requests must first be reviewed by our support team.

Customers must provide full details of the issue and allow us reasonable time to investigate.

If the service is confirmed to be active and working correctly, the refund request may be declined.

10. Agreement

By purchasing any plan from FHD IPTV Stream, the customer confirms that they have read and agreed to this refund policy.
