How to Install IPTV Service on a MAG Box (All Models)

MAG Boxes are dedicated IPTV devices that use a portal URL to stream TV content directly to your screen.

✅ Step 1: Connect and Power On Your MAG Box

1. Plug your MAG Box into your TV using an HDMI cable.

2. Connect the box to the internet via Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable.

3. Power it on — you should see the Infomir logo or Startup screen.

✅ Step 2: Find Your MAC Address

1. On the main screen, press the Settings or Menu button on your remote.

2. Go to System Settings > Device Info or Network Info.

3. Locate the MAC address — it looks like this:

    

   00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX

Important: Send this MAC address to us so we can activate your IPTV subscription.

✅ Step 3: Configure the IPTV Portal

1. From the home screen, go to:
   Settings > System Settings > Servers > Portals

2. In Portal 1 Name, enter:

    

   IPTV Service (or any name you prefer)

3. In Portal 1 URL, enter the portal link we provided

   (We’ll provide the URL. Ends in /c/ for most Xtream-based portals.)

4. Leave Portal 2 fields empty (unless using a second service).

5. Press the OK or Save button on your remote.

✅ Step 4: Reboot Your MAG Box

1. Press the Exit button until you're back to the main screen.

2. Unplug the box or go to Settings > Reboot.

3. Wait for the box to restart.

4. The IPTV service should now load with your channel list.

Troubleshooting Tips

• If you see “Page loading error” or the portal doesn’t load:

  • Double-check the portal URL.

  • Make sure your internet is connected.

  • Ensure your MAC address has been activated on our end.

• To reset or change the portal:

  • Go to Settings > System Settings > Servers > Portals and edit as needed.
